Amazing When I got there with my dad somebody greeted us immediately. Everybody was super nice and friendly. We visited Adams Jeep just to "look at "a used car seen on their website not to buy. And, as usual, we wanted to avoid any connection with a pushy, fast-talking sales rep. Enter Victoria Bates. She was sweet, informative and honest with us, not at all like anyone you usually encounter at a dealership. Victoria didn't play games with us but went out of her way to answer our questions and then introduce us to a manager, Steve Michaels. I thought, "here comes the hard sell." I was wrong. Steve and everyone we met there were down-to-earth, friendly and honest people!! No one pushed nor had a dishonest attitude. We ended up buying two cars and we got a great deal. They made us feel like family. Love this dealership! More

Funeral visit. John got me in and fixed the problem with my brakes before I had to return to St. Louis. Didn’t fix the broken Took my Jeep to Adams as I smelled an odor of fuel. Spent $1000 for them to replace a fuel pump of a Jeep with 13,000 miles on it. A week later I got Took my Jeep to Adams as I smelled an odor of fuel. Spent $1000 for them to replace a fuel pump of a Jeep with 13,000 miles on it. A week later I got it back. Still smells like gas. Took it back. Another week. Replaced the gas cap after 6 days. Charged me $16 to “install” a gas cap. Got it back. Still smells of fuel. Going back again. If it weren’t for John Louchks I wouldn’t even bring my Jeep here. He’s the only one that tries to help. More

Oil change and conversation I recently purchased a used 2018 Jeep. I took it to Adams for an oil change. The service manger recognized the jeep from mods and service work before I recently purchased a used 2018 Jeep. I took it to Adams for an oil change. The service manger recognized the jeep from mods and service work before even entering it into the computer. Not joking when I say it was like the vehicle personally belonged to him. He knew everything about it. I live almost an hour away from the Adams location, but no one else will be touching this jeep but Adams. I just wish I remembered the managers name. Super Happy More
