Did absolutely NOTHING that was promised We were told that the two used cars that we just bought two weeks ago would be washed and waxed. All we had to do was make an appointment. Today, 5/17 We were told that the two used cars that we just bought two weeks ago would be washed and waxed. All we had to do was make an appointment. Today, 5/17/19, was the appointment. My Toyota SUV was first. When we came to pick it up, I touched the paint to feel how car paint feels ( smooth and satiny) after being waxed. That tactile feel was absent.It was just washed. We mentioned that to the service guy who insisted that it was waxed. I became suspicious about that. My husband's car was next. When we got it home, it was obvious that it was waxed just by touching it. I am so irritated and soooooo tired of people lying and not doing what they say they will do!!! We had such a positive experience with the sales part of Adam's Jeep, but so far, their service is unreliable. More

Our Pleasurable Jeep Purchase We stopped in on a whim because my wife had been talking about wanting to test drive a Jeep for a while. We were wondering the lot when Brian came out We stopped in on a whim because my wife had been talking about wanting to test drive a Jeep for a while. We were wondering the lot when Brian came out and introduced himself. We asked to test drive a 4 door jeep. We took a ride and asked a lot of questions which Brian promptly answered. We weren't sure what exactly we were looking for in a jeep so we left and I told Brian that if and when we figured out what we wanted that I would give him first chance to find it for us. We went to another dealer in Elkton and drove a 2 door Jeep which had a ride comfort very close to that of the 5 door. We looked around and talked to the sales staff who were no where near as personable as Brian was. After my wife closed in on door number, color and amenities we left Elkton and called Brian to find the Jeep we had specced out. He called back and told us that they had a floor model that fit our description. He offered the vehicle at a price that we could live with so we bought the Jeep. The experience was quite painless due to Brian's patience, knowledge and professionalism. We closed the deal this morning. My wife is extremely happy and loves her new Jeep. More
