14 months after buying a 2019 used car, the transmission just went out. Also, when trying to get the company to help us when we first bought the car, the manager told me he would talk to my husband that bec just went out. Also, when trying to get the company to help us when we first bought the car, the manager told me he would talk to my husband that because I wasn't present when the car was bought, I (as the wife) had no say in ehat help we needed. We should have taken the car back then. It is one of my biggest regrets buying a car from this dishonest sexist company. More
Not sure I will come back. Had a bad experience at Tacoma Acura so went to Seattle. Bought a new 2017 MDX and love it. Have been taking it to Seattle for routine maintenance since I bought it. Took it in tod Acura so went to Seattle. Bought a new 2017 MDX and love it. Have been taking it to Seattle for routine maintenance since I bought it. Took it in today at 24K mile service. Told them my concern of the tires. On the way home I got a flat. Not their fault, but I took it to T&T Tire in Tacoma. They fixed it for free but told me 2 of the tires had tread that was starting to come off all around the circumference. I contacted Seattle and told them that they told me my tires were fine. Guy, Brent, just said I will talk to the tech but if I had any problems with the tires I should contact Continental Tires. He said I should have the warranty. Which I don’t and didn’t come with any paperwork with the brand new car. He did nothing to rectify the situation. I am talking about tires with 24,000 miles on them in 4 years! Now I doubt the work they said they did on my MDX. I think I’m done with dealers. I will take my vehicles to local mechanics instead. Very disappointed. More
They ripped me off. Needed a honest dealership and got scammed $1473.00. They literally had my Acura for a couple hours and told me it needed all this work so I said stop whatever your doing I just wanted scammed $1473.00. They literally had my Acura for a couple hours and told me it needed all this work so I said stop whatever your doing I just wanted the maintenance requirements done. Instead they took advantage of me because I'm a girl with no mechanic knowledge and proceeded. Appearantly I got a $1473.00 oil change. Not happy and do not recommend anyone servicing or buying from Acura of Seattle. More
They only give best pricing to buyers who come in. (Trap?) Don't waste your time inquiring for pricing. They price their new cars over MSRP. They ask you to come in to get pricing, then force you to buy. I've Don't waste your time inquiring for pricing. They price their new cars over MSRP. They ask you to come in to get pricing, then force you to buy. I've been around the block, I knew that car sales tactic. Tip for future car buyers. If they cannot give you a straight price thru text, email, find another dealer, They're not worth wasting your time. This dealer uses old school car sales tactics that we car buyers hate. I bought an 2016 Audi Q5 at this dealer. First they treat me ok with full of lying mouths (from sale man to the man from finance department). Firstly, my interested rebate was 4.0% and when I receive paperwo me ok with full of lying mouths (from sale man to the man from finance department). Firstly, my interested rebate was 4.0% and when I receive paperwork it pumped up to nearly double 8%. I try ignore this point. Secondly, the man from finance department gave me a full statement of lying just fro selling couple extra coverage for the vehicle. He told me that all of Them are refundable and cancel able. But when I want to trade I. my car and only one of that can refund. Well I know there are nothing worse than lawyer and Car dealer people. That is the reason why I record all the conversation which I had with the dealer. Thirdly after I cancelled the one I can get refund, after 3 months I didn’t receive anything base on those Mistake input my personal information. But I don’t think it’s a reason. they jack of the interest rate for profits so that same as the reason they delay the refund. That’s is stupid. Here is my plan That I’m working on: My brother give me some ideals outing those Info on consumer reports webs. giving this some Twitter and asking for his popular Twitter buddy pump them up so that the whole Washington state know of A lying Acura company. Secondly my lawyer will working on this case see how we can make this to the cooperation see this matter. Let see how we rip off this bad business. More

It's disappointing. There are better dealers who will care about the customer - even if you are small budget. You're not buying one of their new cars, so there is little care for you except for accepting your money and then letting you drive away unsafely. If you really want a car from them, have an independent mechanic check out the car. Their mechanics do not follow-up on something as basic as a missing lugnut on a tire. What other problems are they letting you drive away with? There are better dealers out there where they will care about you and your family. Even if you buy a car not of their brand, they make sure you are safe and that the car is drive-able for a long time. Acura of Seattle does not do that and their sales managers did not. He basically told us that once we paid for the car, we can return it or keep it and come up with the $1000 to fix it to good standards on your own. It's a used car and they make no guarantees for anything on the car. Even a car they had for 5 months. When the price is too good to be true - they are hiding something from you. Make sure you review all service records in detail. Don't just take their word. If the car is advertised as having safety censors, then those safety sensors should work. When I asked the dealer about that, he said, "we're not a Nissan dealer, so we don't know anything about those." Meaning: fix it yourself. The brakes already have to be replaced and we've had the car for 2 days. We have to fix those ourselves. Their safety inspection is 5 months old but they don't tell you that. The people we worked with were friendly. But I am sad that they did their "sales" job so well, they don't care if you are happy. Just happy they sold a car. When you think of tricky sales people, unfortunately, Acura of Seattle lived up to that reputation. More

My first visit to Acura of Seattle was unhelpful to say the lea I owned a great 2005 Acura TL in my past and was looking to find another used Acura. My first visit to Acura of Seattle was unhelpful to say the least. My sales representative grew increasingly frustrated with me due to the fact that I was looking for a used vehicle and not a new one. He kept on pushing me towards a new vehicle or lease. This ultimately led me to walking out frustrated and upset with the lack of help I received. The customer service was surprisingly unprofessional. I inquired online about a vehicle on “Edmunds”. A young determined sales representative from Acura of Seattle reached out to me. She grabbed my attention with the level of tenacity to find me a vehicle that would work. I came in again a few weeks later, found a vehicle and purchased it. Purely based upon her interest in helping me out. The sales manager offered me a price and APR I was satisfied with. The financial representative could not find a bank that would finance this vehicle (Good credit, but negative equity on trade in). That wasn’t the problem, the problem was that nobody was telling me anything. There was a strong lack of communication. I only found out I wasn’t financed yet because an automatic payment for my last vehicle came out of my account. This was frustrating because the reason for purchasing this vehicle was to save money. I made the decision to come in and get another vehicle because it was obviously the wrong one to try and finance. I found one quickly and we got to an agreement. After I agreed to purchase the vehicle I was practically forgotten. I sat there for awhile without any contact. Another customer test drove the car I already agreed to buy!! After I signed papers I asked about the car getting cleaned and prepared. No response. I got tired of waiting for hours so I went out to the car and I had to be the one to take off the stickers and advertisements on the windows (warranty disclosures, year and model stickers.. etc). The car was dirty on the inside and outside. The windows were very hand printed and gross. My sales representative was nowhere to be seen and I just drove off after waiting for another 30 minutes. I genuinely haven’t had a worse car buying experience. I caution anyone looking for a vehicle that’s used. More

Spoke with KYLE in service and told him I needed the oil changed, a lower fog light was out and needed replaced, my lighter wasn’t working for my charger, and I needed a new gas cap because the attached rubber thing had broke and my gas cap no longer was attached when unscrewed. Told him my husband would be there with the car at that time. Well, they changed the oil, additional filters, different fluids, etc ($700+) but my husband gets home and NONE of the items were fixed that I made the appointment for. Have tried to reach Kyle, left a voice message yesterday afternoon, again this morning, and NO return call. More

The service department is a JOKE!! Came in for a routine maintenance(oil change) for my 2018 Acura MDX and Alex said it will take 2 hours. After spending over 2 hours waiting for them, he tells me it won't be ready till 2 days later. They haven't even begun any service yet. Does it take 2 hours to let to let the customer know what going on? Do they really care about the customers? Will they pay me 2 hours for waiting? If they know how to communicate, I can just schedule another it for another day rather than wait 2 plus hours. DON'T COME HERE!! More
