Such a poor customer service. Had my service A done waiting for 3 hours, then left me with ‘Immediate actions required’ for air filter and oil filter change which they could’ve done just making a phone waiting for 3 hours, then left me with ‘Immediate actions required’ for air filter and oil filter change which they could’ve done just making a phone call and asking my permission or even without my permission. They made me to come back and make another trip to the dealership which could have been avoided. Such poor management and no respect on customers time and convenience. More
