Paul had been extremely helpful when I obtained my Acura TSX earlier in the year, so when my wife was looking to replace our Acura RDX, I contacted Paul when I saw a newer used model had become available. As is his custom, Paul was very knowledgeable, providing useful information throughout the process. He also promptly relayed offers and counter-offers, as the negotiations proceeded. Due primarily to his tireless efforts, we received a reasonable "trade-in" value for our "used" vehicle and an imminently fair price for our "new" vehicle. Also, when we arrived to sign the papers, Paul thoroughly reviewed the features of the RDX with my wife, explaining the various options available to her. Because of this exemplary service (as well as that shown by the financing and service departments), I will continue to seek Paul (and the dealership's) help whenever I'm in the market for another vehicle. More
