They took the pressure of sales out of the equation and just gave me great information so I was able to make an informed decision. We recently decided to try a lease, for the first time. We are very much loving & enjoying our beautiful 2016 Acura RDX. We worked with salesman Robert Gale, who did a great job & took the time to explain the vehicle & go through showing how to navigate the new options, etc. We have always been happy with the excellent customer service we have received from Terry Mosgrove, when our vehicle has gone in for servicing. Terry is top notch & has always had a loaner vehicle to use, while the vehicle is being serviced. The staff are all very professiona. We highly recommend purchasing from Acura of Salem. He took the time to go over all the new things on the car and was so good about following up to make sure we were happy and if we had any problems. He even actually offered to come home with us to program the garage door opener. Dealing with him was great and probably the best salesperson we have dealt with at Acura besides Wayne who has retired. On our previous owned vehicle, Mike Schmidt was so helpful with a problem we had and went above and beyond to resolve it. More
