Lisa gathered all of the information over the tele I drove to Acura of Salem from Washington because of their on-line reviews; I wasn't disappointed. Lisa gathered all of the information over the telephone so that the necessary paperwork was ready for my signature upon arrival at the dealership. In spite of the two hour drive, each direction, the entire transaction took less time than if I had gone to a local dealership.
