We recently had a unique situation occur when we found out we needed to have our TLX transmission replaced that thankfully was covered by Acura's extended warranty. When I discussed this with Kevin, the A out we needed to have our TLX transmission replaced that thankfully was covered by Acura's extended warranty. When I discussed this with Kevin, the Acura Service Advisor, he was very thoughtful, professional and willing to do whatever he could to get us back on the road ASAP. We were very impressed and thankful that the Acura service team was able to replace the transmission, radiator, hoses and a multitude of other parts to get our car running like new in only a couple of weeks. Kevin did a great job keeping us posted on progress throughout the entire process.. Great job by all those in volved!! More
Nice people. We got no manual with either of the cars we bought and our salesperson didn’t know how to use the computer screen on the dash. The first car we bought aggravated my disabled foot, so we traded 10 days later for another, more expensive car on the lot. We lost our $10,000 down payment because they would not apply it to the second car. VERY DISAPPOINTING! More
