Sorry for the confusion but we did not rotate the tires because the best tires were already on the front. Acura original equipment tires if properly maintained get right at 40,000 miles which your vehicle did. We provided you with a quote for tires also. We agree that the service times were long. We have just added additional staff to help improve those times. We are happy to discuss this further if you have other questions or would like a different tire quote.
