The teamwork really hard to get me into a new vehicle. Kevin made sure I would have a loaner car while my car was being worked on. I like how the service technician (thanks Bo) drove with us to be clear about the noises that I was concerned about. One issue was being worked on. I like how the service technician (thanks Bo) drove with us to be clear about the noises that I was concerned about. One issue was cleared up easily and didn't require attention. The other was less apparent but diagnostics by the service team identified the problem. I was pleased to discover the issue had been resolved when I picked up the car two days later. I drive a 2013 Acura RDX with nearly 250,000 miles on it and Acura of Salem has provided excellent service throughout which I believe has extended the life of this car. Thanks Kevin and team Acura! More
