There is no better indicator of quality service than repeat business and this was the third vehicle that my fiancé and I have purchased Stuart and Mike. Bill was wonderful to work with right from the start. He was honest, eager to please and went totally out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I knew that we were getting the best deal possible on our new MDX from Bill, and I never felt that we were being led in the wrong direction. He was extremely informative about the car and followed up many times even after the sale was finished. we're driving long way to this dealership for an internet advertised used car after couple of phone calls' negotiation. we withdrew cash from bank in the morning and want to buy it and drove home the same da advertised used car after couple of phone calls' negotiation. we withdrew cash from bank in the morning and want to buy it and drove home the same day. (Sat.) the car is in good condition overall except the steel wheel is too much stiff and we're concerned. we called around to get some professional opinion from mechanic friends. all of them said it might be the gear wheel problem from the turning auxiliary system, and it costs 300 some for part and 100-200 for labor, to fix it. we mentioned it to the salesman and manager, but they refused to admit the problem and not willing to lower the price, even 200 dollars. it's perfect fine for them to refuse your counter offer, even hide the problem, and we're ok with that. we can certainly buy something elsewhere, and they can certainly sell this to someone else, if they don't find it out the problem. but it's truly awful to deal with their attitude. it's unfriendly, and even they're thinking they're doing you a favor to give away something, and they don't trust your words at all. so if you're buy a used car here without a fat wallet, stay away. they'd rather not dealing with you poor. you don't feel welcome here. that's our thought and for your reference only. good luck.
