I am an acura lover and i leased my first car with Stuart Fogler 3 years ago and it was a very friendly experience and a very dedicated person. As my acura tsx was up, i came again to get another car and of Fogler 3 years ago and it was a very friendly experience and a very dedicated person. He makes you feel like at home and he knows what you want and need. Great person and a good human being. I have recommended couple of my friends to him and they have said the same thing! David helped me by using a straight forward approach to choosing a car and options to consider. Price was fair. I purchased a 2013 TL from the Dealership and I am a very satisfied returning Acura customer with a 2003 Acura TL Type S that has recently passed the 200,000 miles mark. Natalia Ojeda was my main contact with the Sales Department and it was pleasure working with her. Natalia was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job of explaining the features and benefits of the TL. When I went to pick-up the car Natalia was not at the Dealership because she had gotten stuck in traffic while returning from another Dealership on a car swap. The Dealership acted quickly to get another salesperson to handle the delivery, who was David Schnapper. David was also a pleasure to deal with and he sat with me in the car to provide me with good initial training session on how to work the technology package (i.e., phone set-up, navigation system overview and sound system functionality). I then spent some time with JB Navarro in the Finance Department to finalize the paperwork. JB walked me through all the documents and provided me with a good overview of the optional programs that were available (i.e., extended warranty, service contracts, etc.). Overall my experience with Acura of Ramsey was very positive and I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in an Acura. More

Survey is not terribly well designed. It asks me to rate dealership but later seems to be primarily interested in the sales force on the showroom. I have dealt with Acura of Ramsey since 2003 and have bought 3 new cars and 2 used cars from them. My answers to the first 5 questions reflect the totality of this experience. I was less than enthusiastic about price, but that probably has as much to do with Acura as with the dealership. In terms of my latest experience, the purchase of 2013 RDX, our experience was about as good as could be expected. Some of the negative aspects reflected on Acura (lack of grey upholstery in the RDX) and partly on the dealership (unavailability of models in the color combinations we wanted). In terms of the people we dealt with, we found them all very friendly and helpful. My only criticism was a minor: the price was changed upwards $100 because of a miscommunication on the price offered for a potential trade-in. More

David Schnapper is a great salesman. As a single woman I was nervous about the process of leasing a car on my own. However my mind was put at ease as soon as I met David.
