I needed to wait for the repair, but the appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. I got there on time, but when I finished with Ashley, all technicians went on lunch break. I ended up waiting 4 hours for the repair. If my appointment would have been scheduled for 2:30 PM, I could have saved myself 1.5 hours of sitting in the waiting area. More
