Warranty work My service warranty was about to expire and the service people were prompt to see my repairs were covered under the warranty. Communicate and set realistic time frame In the past Acura service has been great. I was asked when I would like to have my car back for a routine A1 service I said 4 pm, the response I recei In the past Acura service has been great. I was asked when I would like to have my car back for a routine A1 service I said 4 pm, the response I received was, "that shouldn't be a problem". I called around 4:20 pm and didn't receive a call back so I just showed up around 4:30 to get my car. The car was ready however there were some items found such I needed a new air filter. I would have authorized the items mentioned if I had received a call. Now, I have to make another appointment to get the items addressed. I understand that the traffic accident on 580 impacted Acura's resources and would have understood if things couldn't be addressed or the completion time couldn't be met due to resources if this was communicated. More
