Excellent customer service as usual Had to go in for an oil change and I knew that my 60k maintenance was right around the corner. Shaun was my advisor again, made some recommendations on the 60k list that I thought were reasonable, he didn't push it or sell it. Simply recommended. Could I have had brake and transmission fluids done elsewhere for less? Well yeah. Being in the customer service industry, I sell on the value of customer service. This team at Acura of Pleasanton: Shaun, Landon, Gary, exemplify customer service. You aren't just another car, another service order. More

Everything from checking in at the dealer to making the follow up appointment was easy as a walk in the park. Not to play second fiddle was Parts Counterperson Mark McGowin. He was so knowledgeable and helpful about my 2012 MDX. I would recommend Acura Pleasanton to anyone that demands impeccable service. More

Service much improved I've been a customer of Acura of Pleasanton since 2014 when I purchased a 2015 RDX from them. Previous service appointments have been disappointing an I've been a customer of Acura of Pleasanton since 2014 when I purchased a 2015 RDX from them. Previous service appointments have been disappointing and frustrating: bringing car in for 7:30am appointment and being told that tech don't start until after 8, having to leave car all day for service that should only take an hour or two, poor communication -- several times I've had to call 3 or 4 times to connect with a service representative to find out the status of my car or when it would be ready (apparently, only the person you check in with can answer these questions which is bizarre), etc. This sort of thing was consistently my experience over several years. So I only had service there for things that seemed best suited to a dealer service department. Fortunately, my recent service appointment was a much better experience: checked me in before 7:30am appointment and had me in a Lyft ride to work promptly, service representative left me both a text and phone message about the status of my car and the car was ready in about 3.5 hours. I hope that this was not an exception and that the quality of service remains improved. More
