My long time service advisor, Marisol and her team did an excellent jobs for my request service. She carefully checked the a/c system problems I reported to her and requested for repairs. BUT, I always got to MARISOL!! She’s so professional and is so accommodating. I’ve even seen her deal with a difficult customer before (He was upset that the car was not washed and vacuumed to his liking) which I want to say is COMPLIMENTARY.
