Problem not fixed Took my vehicle in with a noise that should not be there. Was called and told that they could not hear it on a road test. I asked them to take it out Took my vehicle in with a noise that should not be there. Was called and told that they could not hear it on a road test. I asked them to take it out again as I hear it every time they took supposedly took it out again and determined it must be the clips of a plastic cover under the hood. Why this? Because I was told that Acura already knew there was an issue with the clips coming loose and making noise. They kept the vehicle overnight, changed the clips and I picked up the vehicle. As soon as I came up to speed upon leaving the dealer noise still there. How do you fix something and don’t go back and road test it to be sure you fixed the problem. Have to go back a second time, what an inconvenience. By the way there is no loaner car and don’t expect to get it back clean. They say they will make it right next time. Let’s hope so. More

I was told that service would take no longer than 90 minutes. Four stars because total wait times was over two hours. Had just washed car prior to taking it in and something got sprayed on passenger side window and windshield wiper was used and spread it over the window - minor but whatever that was should have been wiped off.
