Ashley was great! Ashley helped me promptly when I brought in my car for service. Return Visit Waited two hours for scheduled appointment to replace door lock actuator. Uber was down so service center not able to provide shuttle to nearby shopp Waited two hours for scheduled appointment to replace door lock actuator. Uber was down so service center not able to provide shuttle to nearby shopping center. However, Service rep Gary was great to work with. Then had to return again to service center today after my passenger was not able to open his door to exit the vehicle last night. Apparently, a clip was not attached to a cable at the time of repair.
