He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns about the car, and explained everything that will be done to my car at the service clearly. When he realized I needed a ride back to the dealership, he arranged Lyft for me. Because it was my first time ever using lyft, he went through the procedures step by step with me so I knew exactly what to expect. He was busy yet he took his time and I appreciated it so much. When I got my car back, it was sparkling clean. Overall it was an excellent experience. More
