Robert is thoughtful and knowledgeable about all of the benefits of the cars. The finance team was efficient and I felt like we were able to negotiate which was helpful. I find your service department to be solid also when I come in for oil changes which keeps me returning. I would like to note that you really need to assess and change your lease marketing program. The communications both in direct mail and via phone by "Danielle" are incorrect. You advertise a jump forward lease program. We came into the dealership only to find that you actually don't offer it on the RDX, even thought that's what was advertised and discussed. It was a waste of time to come in early and to get repeated marketing via mail, email and calls marketing this option. As a consumer it's misleading. Thank you! Stephnee More
