A1 service Came in for an A1 service and Gary was very helpfully and made the process smooth. Service at Acura Pleassanton I arrived at 8:20am for my 8:30am appointment on Saturday, October 26. Shaun Dortch customer service was excellent! He answered my questions on the past services performed on my 2002 MDX, and also recommended to change the break pads, and replace transmission fluid.
