They always eventually get it right Came in for some previously identified repairs. Turns out what got “fixed” wasn’t actually the issue. Third car from this dealership - first used experience I had spoken with Marisol (in Service) over the last few years when we brought our previous Acura (RL 3.5) in for service at this dealership. She pretty much kept us abreast of the models that matched our preferences. We had searched Consumer Reports and the internet, compared models and pulled up locations of cars in our vicinity. We visited dealerships since we wanted the Certified Pre-Owned warranty. Several dealerships had cars that were a good match for what we wanted in age, mileage and options. Robert Whitlow at Pleasanton Acura went out of his way to take care of us. Not only discussing and explaining options but also coming in on his days off to be there for us after the power went down and closed the dealership for a day and a half. Robert and Sam worked together to get us the car we wanted at a price we could live with. Sam found ways not only to lower the final price of the car but even managed to find us a lower interest rate than our own Credit Union. When it came to signing, Justin went over the contact with us line by line, making sure everything was clear. Then instead of just handing us a stack of paper, he gave us the option of having our copy of the contracts on a flash drive. After signing, Robert was back again (on another day off) to give us a training session on our new electronic marvel! Oh, and yes, we love the car we bought. We are totally happy with Pleasanton Acura and it’s top notch people and service. More
