Window Repair and General Service I had a break-in and I took my MDX for repair, after the repair I could hear the noise when I close the door. Service Representative could hear it and I had a break-in and I took my MDX for repair, after the repair I could hear the noise when I close the door. Service Representative could hear it and agreed to repair it later when I take my car next time. Am not sure why it was not checked initially. And during the general service(first visit) I had complained about Smell when I switch on the AC, Representative told me If I could let AC run in sync mode for some time smell will go away, which I did for few weeks and smell still exists. Not sure if it just Acura’s poor design or something else. And there is no Car wash available at this location More

Recall notice and routine service I made an appointment. My vehicle was taken back for the requested service promptly. Service personnel discussed with me what was going to be done for I made an appointment. My vehicle was taken back for the requested service promptly. Service personnel discussed with me what was going to be done for routine service and explained reason for the recall notice and how this would be evaluated. I chose to wait. The customer lounge was clean, comfortable and provided snacks and drinks. Great experience. More
