I have been coming to this dealership for five years now and the down side ha All of the employees are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I have been coming to this dealership for five years now and the down side has always been the long waits. When I first arrive I am instructed to take a seat. It usually takes between 15 and 25 minutes just to speak with a representative to go over what they will be doing to my car for the day. Usually I go home while they are working on my car and when I return to pick up my car, I again have to wait another 15 to 25 minutes just to pick up my car and leave. I feel like I spend a large amount of time waiting and for this reason it brings down my experience here. I would be much more satisfied if I knew I wouldn’t have to wait so long. For the most part the reason that I am visiting is very straight forward and only takes a minute or two to discuss why I am bringing my car in. More

Minor Service Minor service yesterday with straight forward pricing, they were not able to give me a loaner vehicle but they did get me a lyft ride that seemed to b Minor service yesterday with straight forward pricing, they were not able to give me a loaner vehicle but they did get me a lyft ride that seemed to be waiting for me when I walked out the door of the service department. Great service and a good experience. When I picked up my car, service was done without issue and without a price increase. I would service again here. Thanks! More

I was not dressed like I was going to purchase a vehicle and he definitely treated me that way. Thankfully, he had to "hand me off" to Shahab because he had to meet a prospective buyer. I can honestly say, the reason I purchased my vehicle that day was because Shahab. He spent time explaining the differences in the vehicles I was interested in and answering all my questions. He did not act like a typical salesman. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and he was courteous and respectful. More
Battery Pleasanton Acura service center is the best. Finally a diagnosis on what was draining the battery. After 4 years of unpredictability as to why, the Pleasanton Acura service center is the best. Finally a diagnosis on what was draining the battery. After 4 years of unpredictability as to why, the unit controlling the blues tooth was replaced. Only wish the component could have been covered 100% due to the ongoing years of no idea as to what was causing the battery drain. Glad I now won’t worry about having another dead battery/breakdown. The quality of their work is second to none although their cost seems to be a bit pricier than other dealers in the area. Overall, I would recommend this Acura dealership for all MDX services. More
