No-pressure Sales I had just totaled my car, so I was kind of forced to buy another car. (I was already familiar with this dealership, since I always had my Honda servi I had just totaled my car, so I was kind of forced to buy another car. (I was already familiar with this dealership, since I always had my Honda serviced here, and I’m always well taken care of.) I went in to just look at their used inventory, thinking I’ll just get something affordable for the time being. Acura had an end-of-year sales event that was almost too good to pass up. Almost. Helder was very patient and understanding of my situation. He didn’t pressure me to buy or lease at all. I had other commitments, so I had to leave. I ended up going back that night and got a car. I showed up right before closing, but Helder, the manager, and finance person all happily stayed. I couldn’t take the car home that night, so they kept it a few extra days until I could return. Great service and a kind attitude! More
