We had to fix the door lock cover on our MDX. It was determined that Acura would need 1.5-2 hrs to fix. We had schedule conflicts but Pleasanton of Acura was really accommodating with our schedule. I had a pleasant experience mainly due to my service advisor Shaun Dortch. I found him to be honest and very helpful. In the past, I felt that Acura Pleasanton Service is just the same as any other Acur advisor Shaun Dortch. I found him to be honest and very helpful. In the past, I felt that Acura Pleasanton Service is just the same as any other Acura but this time I felt better cared for because of Shaun. Great service from Landon. Service finished quick with detail report provided. But, I think the service guy didn’t rotate the tires for my MDX as the rear two tires still show much more worn out than the detail report provided. But, I think the service guy didn’t rotate the tires for my MDX as the rear two tires still show much more worn out than the front tires. I was expecting the other way around after the rotation. I have worked with this dealership ever since I bought my 2007 RDX there. I cannot say enough good things about Marisol she has been beyond helpful and always goes above and beyond to help me. I contacted her this last week about a “Check charging system” message that came up on my car and she waited for me so I could get my car in so I did not have to take a chance of the car not starting the next day and getting stranded, it meant so much to me. I find car trouble beyond stressful but I have worked with Marisol for several years now and she always makes my visits so much better. It is a great dealership but it is because of Marisol that I always go back for any issues with my car, I am confident she will always take care of me and my car.
