I got in service appointment within 3 days of calling. The agent(?) was on top of things., and Davon in parts was awesome. Also, they used Lyft to take me home & back which is great! I didnt have to wait for a driver and didn't have to share a ride, thus no stops along the way. I was previously with Acura Los Gatos, but changed to Acura of Pleasanton and am glad I did. I like it that they make me feel like I'm important. 🙂 More
