For today’s service I worked with Michael. Michael C. was very knowledgeable and professional. My MDX had battery discharged issue and he was able to fix it. He explained everything in full detail. Always a great experience. Staff is very courteous and experienced. Everyone was very nice and willing to go out of there way to answer the questions I had. Sahab showed me as any cars as I wanted and seemed very knowledgeable about all the used cars , not just Acura. Even t to answer the questions I had. Smooth Oil Change I took my car in for an oil change and a checkup. I was able to set up an appointment within a few days of calling. I am a repeat customer. But this time the service was particularly poor. Times estimates were way off on a day that didn’t seem particularly busy - Thursday. Tire rotation was not done (I was given a particularly poor. Times estimates were way off on a day that didn’t seem particularly busy - Thursday. Tire rotation was not done (I was given a $24 discount for that). I was told, it is not needed. I drove quite a bit, not sure why it wasn’t needed but they already took long, I didn’t want to risk spending another 2.5-3 hrs. After the service was done, I had to go back as the service light/info was not turned off! I recommend Acura of Pleasanton to many of my friends. After yesterday, I am not sure if I myself should go. More
Shaun was nice and explained to me the need for brake pads and when they would be necessary to replace.
