I am a repeat customer. But this time the service was particularly poor. Times estimates were way off on a day that didn’t seem particularly busy - Thursday. Tire rotation was not done (I was given a $24 discount for that). I was told, it is not needed. I drove quite a bit, not sure why it wasn’t needed but they already took long, I didn’t want to risk spending another 2.5-3 hrs. After the service was done, I had to go back as the service light/info was not turned off! I recommend Acura of Pleasanton to many of my friends. After yesterday, I am not sure if I myself should go. More
Shaun was nice and explained to me the need for brake pads and when they would be necessary to replace. I do wish for next time if there was a service I needed to be contacted prior to being notify the c pads and when they would be necessary to replace.
