I was aware of developing issues, but not aware of the extent that existed. Report showed fluids ok. Investigate what happened...delay may be related to issues and uncertainty as to what to do.....shouldn't have sent me out unaware. Root cause analysis recommended. More

I made appointment for an oil change at 12:20. I asked that my car be ready by 3:00 pm. My car was ready shortly after 3:00 pm. Service was great. Rob Jonas listened to my concerns.
