Meet and greet very friendly. 3 hrs for 1.5 hr air bag Meet and greet very friendly. 3 hrs for 1.5 hr air bag recall not great, Failed to report recent accelerated fluid leaks of coolant and oil. Vehicle Meet and greet very friendly. 3 hrs for 1.5 hr air bag recall not great, Failed to report recent accelerated fluid leaks of coolant and oil. Vehicle overheated on the way home. I was aware of developing issues, but not aware of the extent that existed. Report showed fluids ok. Investigate what happened...delay may be related to issues and uncertainty as to what to do.....shouldn't have sent me out unaware. Root cause analysis recommended. More

I made appointment for an oil change at 12:20. I asked that my car be ready by 3:00 pm. My car was ready shortly after 3:00 pm. Service was great. Rob Jonas listened to my concerns.
