We appreciate allowing our dealership an opportunity to try to earn your business with the factory airbag update. Our dealership is committed to be a part of your Acura ownership and it is our goal is for all our guests to have a great customer experience but it appears that your visit was less than acceptable. Your feedback was shared with our management and was used to review our processes to look for areas we can improve our guest experiences to avoid these kinds of occurrences. Our business is entirely dependent on our guests and any misunderstandings or mistreatment is unacceptable. Our documentation shows your Acura was checked in at 7:34 am and the final invoice was closed at 9:24 am. We are at a loss as to how this was 3 hours from start to finish. In addition with all vehicles that we service, our technicians go through a visual inspection check list,. This report marked several fluid leaks and is disclosed as part of the check out process. This report is provided to all our guests to help make them aware of any potential problems. We would be more than happy to provide a copy of this report. Our service manager has attempted to reach out and left voice messages several times without any response. We would like an opportunity to help and possibly turn your experience around. If you are willing, we would like to discuss this further and invite you to speak directly with our Service Manger, Jonathan Eme.
