Hi Michael, I just left you a message at your phone number above. Here's some further actionable intelligence regarding my service experiences at Pleasanton Acura. I was quoted ~$600-$650 for an oil & coolant change today by Art at your facility in Pleasanton. By way of comparison, Oakland Acura will be performing this service for me tomorrow for a total of $250. We're talking an ~*$350-$400* HIGHER PRICE between your dealership and Oakland Acura for a simple oil & coolant change. What's up with that?
