While service in the past was excellent, in the past two years my service experiences have been mixed. For example, in the past they would wash my car after a major service even though I have a bicycle rack years my service experiences have been mixed. For example, in the past they would wash my car after a major service even though I have a bicycle rack mounted at the back. The time before last, they said the bike rack on the back of the year prevented them from washing the car. Then, the service after that, they washed the car just fine. After my service this week, they once again told me that the bike rack prevented them from washing the car. Also, their prices for parts are, on average, 40-50% higher than OEM Acura parts available online. My overall impression of their service quality is now...inconsistent. More
