The service itself was great, and the advisor, Josh, was great! However, they were replacing the “Acura” logo because the letter “A” came off during the last service. Unfortunately, instead of replacing t great! However, they were replacing the “Acura” logo because the letter “A” came off during the last service. Unfortunately, instead of replacing the entire logo which is what they should have done, they only replace the letter “A”. So when I got home I noticed the letter “C” is now loose and barely holding on. Seems like it was a poor service choice on the part of Acura. They should replace the full logo instead of just taking the simple fix. That’s the difference between high quality Customer Service and just another one of those dealer maintenance place. It’s a shame. More
