1 My daughter brought my car in for service and they lost my acura ILX key ring that was attached to my keys. My daughter told the service writer Marisol and she told her it wasn't there and she replaced the my acura ILX key ring that was attached to my keys. My daughter told the service writer Marisol and she told her it wasn't there and she replaced the round ring which was damaged. So obviously someone at the dealership got the keyring stuck on something and the acura keyring fell off. This dealership owes me a keyring. If you are this petty about not owning this issue I will make sure this is the last time My family does any business with this dealership More
