From the moment I called to make an appointment, to the time I drove away a few days later with a complementary car wash, my experience with the parts/service department of Pleasanton Acura was EXCELLENT! time I drove away a few days later with a complementary car wash, my experience with the parts/service department of Pleasanton Acura was EXCELLENT! I was warmly greeted by the associate, Art Mejia. He pulled up my reservation, explained to me what the message code entailed, gave me an ETA on how long it would take...and he even told me he would see if he could expedite the process since I was going to be waiting there at the dealership while my car was being serviced. I appreciate the extra effort Art went to walk me to the waiting room, invite me to help myself to the beverages and snacks they had available, and when I told him I really didn't want to wait inside of the room, he showed me some other areas I was free to utilize while I waited. Art's demeanor and professionalism perfectly complemented the rest of the team. The sales associate who sold me my car, Helder, recognized me and warmly greeted when he saw me. He inquired if everything was still good with my car, and even took the time to reiterate what the code system meant. I also so the manager, Gabriel, and the finance associate, Mary, who were also just as warm, courteous and considerate as the day I purchased the car! I'm so glad I found Pleasanton Acura. The level of service is far superior to my previous experience with Stockton Acura. It continues to be worth the drive! Oh...an additional compliment and thank you for Art...I had a question about the feature on the remote which I couldn't locate in my owner's manual, and not only did he help me understand the mystery of how my windows and sunroof opened, he explained how convenient that feature would be for me on especially hot days...and I've actually had the opportunity to put it to good use! I'm so pleased with the EXCELLENT service I continue to receive from the team at Pleasanton Acura. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura in Northern California! More
