I bought the car at this dealership in 2013 and have had it serviced at Acura of Pleasanton over the last 10 years. In the last two years, though, their service costs have increased notably, and I now also it serviced at Acura of Pleasanton over the last 10 years. In the last two years, though, their service costs have increased notably, and I now also have to pay an ~$220 "inspection/diagnostics fee" before they will do any service. Any service required is then on top of this fee. Moreover, Oakland Acura has performed the same exactly service for approximately 1/2 the cost. More

I did not appriciate the typical pushy finance person, they are all the same. That being said I would buy another Acura from this dealership in a minute and I will send my friends there also. We all know without good people you won't have good business. I hope when I go back this same sales staff is there. More
Purchased my 2 Acura's at Acura of Pleasanton and have done all my maintenance there. Efficient appointment process, friendly and knowledgeable service reps (Art was my service rep this time), and delive done all my maintenance there. After my service associate did not show up for our 7am appointment, the staff jumped right on it and another associate started my car moving in the direction of the technician, I went in and had coffee an appointment, the staff jumped right on it and another associate started my car moving in the direction of the technician, I went in and had coffee and when I was done my car was ready to go. Although I will need to come back because part is on order. I was happy that I received a voicemail from the technician explaining what was wrong and that it can be fixed. I will be back in the future for final repairs. This is why I have been going to Hendricks Acura of Pleasanton since they started the dealership there. You can’t go wrong when you deal with the right people. JD More
