Disappointing customer service I called to schedule a B1 service and the scheduler told me this was a quick service and I would HAVE to stay in the lobby while it is being done. Thi I called to schedule a B1 service and the scheduler told me this was a quick service and I would HAVE to stay in the lobby while it is being done. This hasn't been the case in the past but I said fine. Day of I check in on time and then told my "quick service" would actually be a 90min wait (originally I was told 45mins). So I asked if I could get a ride home and the agent said no problem-this was annoying since I had planned my day based on a quick service and needed to be back for a work meeting. If i had known I was able to just drop off and not have to stay I would have planned my day differently. Generally I like to drop my car off and pick it up near the end of the day-I do not work near the dealership and so scheduling/timing is very important for me. I arrived back to pick up my car just after 3PM and getting checked out took longer then it ever has. And when I finally got into my car the navigation screen was asking me to enter a pin code-I went back inside and it turns out the mechanic forgot to enter this (I had to have my battery replaced). The mechanic apologized and said "sorry about that-it's been a crazy day and I forgot" which is concerning and makes me wonder how thorough my service was? In the past I have always worked with Shaun and never had any issues. this service was very frustrating from scheduling to pick up. More
Wonderful, kind service I think the people are wonderful and kind. They even gave my grandson a toy while we waited for our car. I would have given them 5 stars but the reason I didn't is because I brought my car in clean but when they tested the function of wipers and fluid they sprayed all over and never wiped my windows clean and had water spots all over my car. Other than that, awesome place and excellent service. More
Outstanding customer service Gary was very helpful, explained what was done trying to get my car to do what I brought it in for. He made sure the mechanic checked the starter through the time my car was there to see if my car would act up. Of course it didn’t so I picked it up with no charge. My experience is always positive. Professional team I had to lease a car after years of having access to a company car. Victor Banales has helped a couple of my counterparts and they were really happy w I had to lease a car after years of having access to a company car. Victor Banales has helped a couple of my counterparts and they were really happy with his service. Victor was very low key, low pressure but he had all the info I needed. The Acura RDX practically sells itself so Victor had to wait for me to figure out that the RDX was the best in class for many reasons. The financing lady -new on the job -was equally patient -answering all my questions as best she could and getting help when necessary. I look forward to working with Acura Pleasanton again when this lease ends. Thanks, Sharon More

Questions and issues that the designated service representative did not have immediately knowledge of were immediately escalated to the service manager whom I was placed in direct contact with just as soon as he was done handling another customer request. He did his best to immediately answer the questions he could and researched the the ones that he he needed to check on. He also provided be with documentation to explain how some of the technology worked so I could understand what was going on if something failed to operate as I expected it to. There were some questions that relied on 3rd parties to resolve so together we agreed on a plan of action. Despite be being a bit late due to traffic and the dealership being extremely busy the service was done in an amount of time that exceeding my expectations as I thought it would take longer. The dealership was clean well kept during my entire visit. The waiting area was quite comfortable abit a bit noisy due to rude customers jabbering loudly on their mobile phone about family conflicts. Snacks and drinks were provided free of charge. Desk areas and desktop computers were provided for doing work. As a retired person with over 50 years of provided customer service via tech support I was quite impressed and pleased with this experience and plan to come back for future service despite the fact that I live in Fremont where Acura of Fremont is located, and that the drive this dealer takes close to an hour more to to get to, given Bay Area traffic.The difference in the service experience was just that good. More
