He is always on point with the right details in all communication, spells out what is needed and also is honest about what repairs can wait. I got my loaner car with no hassle and he let me know the costs and pick up time accurately so there were no surprises. It is always a pleasure to work with Landon. Unrelated to the service, I did have an unexpected surprise this time in that I noticed my windshield had a chip and crack when I picked my car up. I immediately called Landon and he asked me to come back in and promptly inspected the car and told me that since it was not there when I dropped it off, he would take care of replacing the windshield and asked me to send a pic rightaway. I hope to get it resolved soon. More

She quickly and kindly provided the cost estimate, explained what would be done, and how long the service would take. The job was completed before the time promised and Ashley reviewed exactly what was done in the service, and happily answered the questions I had. Afterwards, Ashley even walked me back to my car, handed me the key, and sent me on my way! More
