Purchase of a Acura MDX Hybrid My wife and I live in the California Central Valley. Our first contact with Acura Pleasanton was via the internet while reviewing your inventory look My wife and I live in the California Central Valley. Our first contact with Acura Pleasanton was via the internet while reviewing your inventory looking for a MDX Hybrid. I was contacted the next day by Ron Andrews. Ron was prepared with the two colors available in stock. I told Ron these colors were not our preference and he responded the dealership had a MDX Hybrid scheduled to be built about three weeks out at the factory in our preferred color. Our conversation continued about the Hybrid and I found Ron to be well informed about this model and above all was easy to converse with due to his sense of humor and hearty laugh. I told Ron that my wife and I would discuss the vehicle and contact him within 48 hours. We recontacted Ron and told him we wanted the vehicle with a scheduled build date. We agreed upon a purchase price and I emailed a list of dealer accessories we wanted installed. The next time we heard from Ron was when he told us of the vehicle arrival date at the dealership and we agreed on a date when we would able to pick it up. Lastly, I shared with Ron that I wanted to keep the number of people we had to deal with to complete the purchase and registration to a minimum. Even though, he promised to do so, I really had my doubts having dealt previously with other dealerships. On our scheduled pickup date we met Ron for the first time in person and found the purchase experience at Pleasanton Acura to be as promised! We took a short test drive in the Hybrid, Ron checked out our 2015 MDX as a trade in and agreed on a final price for our third Acura MDX. To complete the purchase and registration Ron introduced us to Lynn Tiret who completed the process. Lynn is much like Ron in respect to knowledge of her part of the agreement/registration process and ease with which she communicates. More
