My car didn’t pass smog and needed to find a part; called my service advisor since near closing time and she went to parts on my behalf and ordered parts. I bought the car at this dealership in 2013 and have had it serviced at Acura of Pleasanton over the last 10 years. In the last two years, though, their service costs have increased notably, and I now also it serviced at Acura of Pleasanton over the last 10 years. In the last two years, though, their service costs have increased notably, and I now also have to pay an ~$220 "inspection/diagnostics fee" before they will do any service. Any service required is then on top of this fee. Moreover, Oakland Acura has performed the same exactly service for approximately 1/2 the cost. More
