I've purchased 4 MDX vehicles from this dealership, starting in 2009. The service advisors have always been very professional in terms of telling me about the condition of my vehicles. My battery died and I had a medical appointment in the afternoon. I called then and they're earliest appointment time was 2 days away. After explaining the situation, I was able to bring the car in, and t afternoon. I called then and they're earliest appointment time was 2 days away. Researched over 50 Acura dealers to find a Certified 23-24 Acura RDX SH advance/A/spec. They had 3 24'sto choose from and a better price than a closer dealers' 23 models. My only gripe is that they 23-24 Acura RDX SH advance/A/spec. They had 3 24'sto choose from and a better price than a closer dealers' 23 models. My only gripe is that they pre-certified this car, 7,500 miles, without performing a wheel alignment. My experience (40 yrs 4Wd or AWD) is that these cars get out of alignment even if the tires don't show uneven wear. To be fair, if my alignment shows up neg they might pay-we will see. More
