He took particular attention to our needs when looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Our most recent purchase was an RDX. I was not sure about a SUV and Jim took me out and had me test drive one and I fell in love with it. I made the purchase shortly after my test ride. Unfortunately, following the purchase, I was hit by another vehicle and Jim helped me to arrange the repairs. He went out of his way to assist me. I can't thank he enough. He's a great salesperson and we look forward to working with him in the next month or so as we renew our lease on our TL. More

Spilled oil over my engine I went in for oil change only, and ended up spending $525. I supposedly needed several filters and fluids changes etc. what I didn't need but got anyw I went in for oil change only, and ended up spending $525. I supposedly needed several filters and fluids changes etc. what I didn't need but got anyway was the mechanic spilling the oil all over my engine block. I was told of the issue whee I waited to pick up my car but was promised all was fine, they used some liquid (not water I'm told) to clean the oil. And sent on my way That night I noticed my lights were on and my battery dead! I had AAA come to boost me but found that something was still draining the battery. Turns out the liquid in the relays caused a short. I spoke with Jen, their lovely Sunday receptionist and she managed to arrange a loner for me. They agreed to replace two relays but charged me for a new battery., Now my headlight is shorting out and my service rep Cindy, did not return my call. More
