My experience with James Mazzarini I went in to the dealership today (7/2) for a routine oil change. The customer service was very good! When my car was done, I saw my salesman Jim wh I went in to the dealership today (7/2) for a routine oil change. The customer service was very good! When my car was done, I saw my salesman Jim who sold me my Acura RDX three years ago. It was like I saw him yesterday. Without any appointment he went outside with me and helped me figure out a few questions I had. with the Navigation system. He also helped me with other issues as well! He was helpful and so kind! If you need to purchase a car or have questions, you really should deal with Jim. What a pleasure to be treated with such kindness and respect! More

I have purchased 4 vehicles at Acura of Peabody, all with the salesman Jim Maz I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership! I have purchased 4 vehicles at Acura of Peabody, all with the salesman Jim Mazzarini and when he decides to retire I will continue business here because the level of customer care is fantastic. They made trading in my car so simple, I only had one available day to pick up my new purchase and Jim offered to loan me a car so they could keep my trade in there to process it faster and speed up my transaction. After I ALREADY SIGNED PAPERS and was more than happy with my deal, I arrived to pick up my new vehicle next day and the finance manager Will came over with Jim to inform me that I had missed a promotion of $1000 cash back by one day but Jim made sure they honored it for me. I signed new papers at the lower price and received lower monthly payments than I had expected! What dealership would do this? None! Many would follow the idea of "if he doesn't know, don't tell him" but they went out of their way to make sure I saved even more money. My experiences with this dealership (especially Jim Mazzarini) are always a pleasure, I never feel pressured into a deal and Jim truly understands fairness to ensure both parties are happy. I am always recommending friends and clients to check with Jim first before purchasing a vehicle elsewhere, which is my I am happy to write this review to share information of their excellent customer service. Painless Experience - Fantastic Car! After some rather frustrating experiences at other dealerships and not wanting to pay sky-high prices, we discovered Acura of Peabody through edmunds. After some rather frustrating experiences at other dealerships and not wanting to pay sky-high prices, we discovered Acura of Peabody through edmunds.com. We made an appointment and walked into the dealership. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly and congenial sales associate, Steven Ashe. Steven patiently listened to our needs and showed us the available 2018 Acura RDX models. After a test drive, Steven had exactly the RDX we wanted and got us an excellent deal. Even though we had a quote from edmunds.com of another 2018 Acura RDX with full technology package, Steven got us an even better discount on an RDX without the tech package which we found we preferred. Steven understood and respected our needs and didn't try to sell us the more expensive tech car. Wil DeMarco in the finance department helped us through the vehicle purchase and selection of dealer prep items. We happily purchased the car and have been very pleased. For the very first time, we had a truly pain-free experience buying at Acura of Peabody with the very professional and friendly Steven Ashe. If you are frustrated with your new car search, give Acura of Peabody and Steven Ashe a call for an appointment and test drive. You won't regret it! More
Extreme disappointment I recently leased a new Acura TLX with every possible option, and am regretting this car and dealing with the sales rep. During the test drive I comme I recently leased a new Acura TLX with every possible option, and am regretting this car and dealing with the sales rep. During the test drive I commented on how I did not like the fact that the engine stops running when you come to a full stop, even for fractions of a second. He told me that if I leave the driving mode in SPORT or SPORT Plus that it would not do that, and since my intentions were to use the SPORt mode ,I proceeded with the deal. It turns out that there is no way to override this inconvenience other than to push the deactivation button every time you start the engine, and if anyone reading this has tried that, it is a royal pain in the butt. This car has become a total hassle and Acura's corporate's customer service department admitted to me that they receive many complaints about this "feature", but as of now, have no plans to change it. Anyone contemplating buying or leasing an Acura would be well served to make sure they don't mind having to deal with this every time they start the engine, but for me, its bye bye once the lease is done. If I had purchased it, the car would be gone by now. More
