Overall pleased with repair but. Second time in for service due to electrical problems. They were both resolved but it seems like a trial and error process to determine the root caus Second time in for service due to electrical problems. They were both resolved but it seems like a trial and error process to determine the root cause racking up labor hours. I'm not a mechanic and this may seem unfair but I had the impression that the OBD port should quickly point to the issue. Car is always returned washed and clean when serviced but this time the driver's seat was soiled and grimy which transferred to my clothes, I had to scrub the seat and door panel to remove the dirt and grease. Also the exterior was littered with bird droppings, had to wash it again after picking it up at dealership. More

Peabody Acura- 5-Star Rating again. Peabody Acura Service is well deserving of a five-star rating. I had a non-scheduled oil change, tire rotation, car-wash and vacuum. Takata airbag recall Because of the potential danger of Takata airbags, my car had been recalled to have the passenger side airbag replaced. I had to go to an Acura deale Because of the potential danger of Takata airbags, my car had been recalled to have the passenger side airbag replaced. I had to go to an Acura dealership in order to have the work done, and the Peabody service shop was the closest Acura dealer to me. I hope the work was done well; the car interior looked the same as when I brought it in, so at a minimum, they put it back together seemingly right. :-) More
