Overall pleased with repair but. Second time in for service due to electrical problems. They were both resolved but it seems like a trial and error process to determine the root caus Second time in for service due to electrical problems. They were both resolved but it seems like a trial and error process to determine the root cause racking up labor hours. I'm not a mechanic and this may seem unfair but I had the impression that the OBD port should quickly point to the issue. Car is always returned washed and clean when serviced but this time the driver's seat was soiled and grimy which transferred to my clothes, I had to scrub the seat and door panel to remove the dirt and grease. Also the exterior was littered with bird droppings, had to wash it again after picking it up at dealership. More
Peabody Acura- 5-Star Rating again. Peabody Acura Service is well deserving of a five-star rating. I had a non-scheduled oil change, tire rotation, car-wash and vacuum. I arrived at 7:am Peabody Acura Service is well deserving of a five-star rating. I had a non-scheduled oil change, tire rotation, car-wash and vacuum. I arrived at 7:am and was finished by 7:45. Takata airbag recall Because of the potential danger of Takata airbags, my car had been recalled to have the passenger side airbag replaced. I had to go to an Acura deale Because of the potential danger of Takata airbags, my car had been recalled to have the passenger side airbag replaced. I had to go to an Acura dealership in order to have the work done, and the Peabody service shop was the closest Acura dealer to me. I hope the work was done well; the car interior looked the same as when I brought it in, so at a minimum, they put it back together seemingly right. :-) More
Routine maintenance Stopped in out of the blue at 3:15 on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me and got out within an hour. Good experience! One very small critique - if you mention and advertise you will vacuum the car, please be sure to complete it, or don't advertise it. Beyond happy I came to Acura of Peabody because I saw an Acura commercial that used a Rolling Stones song in it. I love Mick Jagger so I figured I would like the c I came to Acura of Peabody because I saw an Acura commercial that used a Rolling Stones song in it. I love Mick Jagger so I figured I would like the car. I know this is a foolish way to pick a car but their Marketing worked. I may love my new car as much as I love The Rolling Stones (that is a lot of love). I am beyond grateful that I got to work with Steven Ashe through the car buying process. My father bought a truck from Steven many years ago so I knew I was in good hands going into the car buying experience. Steven took the time to show and explain to me my options before I came to my final decision. He is super knowledgeable about the products he sells. Steven answered every single one of my questions without hesitation. His friendly demeanor made me not hate purchasing a car. I test drove 2 cars and Steven was patient and informative during both. I never felt like I was being a pain. He wanted to make sure I was happy and had all of the information about the cars before I made my decision. He was super responsive via email between my test drive and retiring to the dealership to make my purchase. When I finally made a decision on which car I wanted to purchase Steven and Vanessa were wonderful on the finance side. This went so fast which was great! Vanessa was super informative and was able to answer all of my questions as well. This was a welcome change to the last car I purchased that took forever when I had to deal with the finance department. Thank you for making this process not take 5 hours. When I came in to pick up my car Steven took the time to go through the car and explain what everything in the car does. When I was driving to the dealership to pick up my car I was nervous that I would not know how to drive the RDX because it was so advanced compared to my 2012 Honda. After Steven walked me through the car I felt a lot more comfortable driving home. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Steven, Vanessa, and Acura of Peabody. What an amazing experience. I will be happy to recommend Acura of Peabody Steven and Vanessa specifically to anyone who is looking for a car. Thank you for being amazing! More
