Looking for used TLX - Ended up purchasing a new 2020 TLX We had previously purchased a used 1997 RL and a new 1999 CL 3.0 from this dealership. We had interrelated with several different sales persons durin We had previously purchased a used 1997 RL and a new 1999 CL 3.0 from this dealership. We had interrelated with several different sales persons during our prior two purchases. However, this most recent purchase was the most pleasant and most professional sales experience far exceeding our prior ones. Our sales person was Steven Ashe who is a consummate professional with invaluable insight into and knowledge of automobiles generally and of Acura vehicles specifically. With his no pressure approach and understanding demeanor, Steven guided us through the process of deciding to buy a new 2020 TLX rather than either a used 2018 or 2019. During this entire process, neither my wife nor I ever felt pushed, coaxed or coerced into buying a vehicle. Ir was the very best new car buying experience we ever had. As far as we're concerned, Steven Ashe is the best! We also had the pleasure of dealing with Brad Dixon, finance manager, who assisted us with our financing/warranty needs. His professional, no pressure approach made the financing application and closing process as well as the extended warranty purchase painless. More

I had priced other options for the set of new tires required and found them more than competitive on price and certainly more accomodating in providing alternative transportation during the service time. I drive more than 20 miles to be serviced at this dealership, often times in very heavy traffic, but it is worth the effort to know the car will be well taken care of. More
