Acura of Huntington is by far the best dealership my husband and I have ever dealt with. This is the second vehicle we've gotten here and I must say the experience was amazing. From the get go John (LaRossa) did everything possible to get me the car I wanted for the price we wanted it for. He never stopped trying to get us exactly what we wanted. Once the deal was made, every time John said he would call to give us an update, he would. He was always accurate with the information he gave us and never had any surprises for us. The initial deal that was made, remained to the end. John made picking up the new car the most simplest, painless thing in the world. As a salesman, John strives for perfection and doesn't stop until he gets his customers what they want. He even came in on his day off to give me the vehicle. When I insisted to come on another, he refused. Now that is dedication! My overall experience with this dealer exceed my expectations. This will not be the last time I purchase a vehicle here. I had gotten a car from the Acura of Huntington last week and had a wonderful experience but I must continue my recommendation of this dealership. He took excellent care of my car and took the time to explain everything to me. Usually as a woman, I am ignored in my interest in knowing what is being done, NOT HERE. Steve and his crew handle everyone with kid gloves and you don't leave disappointed. I don't usually take the time to recommend any place of business but I feel they deserve the cudos for a job well done. More

I recently purchased an Acura ILX 2014 from Acura of Huntington and I must say it was a 5 star experience. Jim spent over 3 hours with us. He was thoroughly knowledgeable with his product, very patient as he answered all of my questions, had a very pleasant manner and was not pushy. In fact, Jim focused on my concerns and questions since this was to be my car. (I found this to be very refreshing and positive since my prior experiences with other dealerships through the years had always made me feel left out of the buying process.) I then test drove an Acura ILX and loved how it handled. It had been my intention upon visiting this dealership to merely price the vehicle and find out what I would get for my trade in. But when I was quoted prices for both, I knew that there was no reason to visit any other dealerships. I then test drove the actual car I wanted and decided to buy the car. My husband and I returned two days later. Jim promptly completed the transaction and spent time connecting my iphone and explaining the features of the Acura ILX 2014. He even gave me a red ribbon and suggested that he take a picture of me sitting in the car--a very nice personal touch. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stress free experience with Jim and this dealership. We will definitely recommend Acura of Huntington to our family members and friends. More

Tom and Joe welcomed us into Joe's office to answer any questions and clearly showed me how the price of the car was determined. Joe said, "most people want to know it is a fair price" and he is right! We wanted answers that took the uncertainty out of buying a big ticket item. I purchased the car that day from Joe and Tom and was extremely satisfied with the overall process. The pick-up of the car went just as smoothly. Just felt compelled to rave about the excellent service that I received from this dealership. I had been to a few other car showrooms and I walked out feeling pressured to buy even if I wasn't sure about t that I received from this dealership. I leased a 2014 Acura ILX for my daughter and picked up the vehicle yesterday. I have to say, this is the first time I have ever had a completely positive experience in buying a car. During my visit I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with the GM Joe, GSM Maurice, and Anneleise the Business Manager. The entire team made my experience painless. I received a phenomenal lease deal and they all went out of their way to locate and secure the vehicle I wanted. Until this purchase I had only dealt with Mercedes and Ford dealerships. Acura of Huntington blows both those car manufacturers out of the water in every aspect. I think it's a fair statement that I will be buying only Acuras in the future from this dealership.
