From Nissan back to Acura My family was an Acura family back in 2000 and 2003, having owned one and leased two Acuras. Well, for the past 6 years I was a Nissan Murano lessee. My family was an Acura family back in 2000 and 2003, having owned one and leased two Acuras. Well, for the past 6 years I was a Nissan Murano lessee. But, the last two leasing experiences with Nissan were not very pleasant. They were extremely long processes and I came away not feeling all that great. They had no respect for my time and no patience for my questions. Buying or leasing a car should not be a hassle or unpleasant, but, should be a time to enjoy your new car. After all, it is an important decision and major investment. Well, after an attempt to lease my third Murano from the same dealer as the previous two, I got the run-around, deceptive answers or no answers at all. That's when I decided to go back and see what Acura had to offer. Well, I am glad that I did, and especially happy that I chose Acura of Huntington! After an Internet inquiry, I received a call from Catherine Fanelli of Acura of Huntington, who was most personable and pleasant to talk to. Judging from that phone call, I felt I had nothing to lose by visiting their showroom. I was pleasantly greeted and spoke to Ms. Fanelli who showed me the RDX I had inquired about and introduced me to Tom Aveni. Tom was the most helpful, straightforward salesman, (here they are Product Specialists), I have ever dealt with. Every question I had was handled with concern and respect. He was easy to converse with and made my choices very clear to me. He was patient and treated me as a valued potential customer. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he immediately found out. I took the new RDX out for a test ride, asked about different pricing options and various questions about the car. Tom knew the answers and I made a decision to lease my new RDX from Tom. From there I went to the "dreaded" finance person. I say dreaded because that is where I previously had the worst experiences. But, not this time. Anneliese was personable and professional. She presented my options and gave me her advice, but, respected my decisions to either buy, or not to buy optional equipment. On my way out, Maurice Braver, stopped to say Hi and I told him that I had a pleasant experience and how helpful his staff was, especially Tom Aveni. So far, so good, I hope and I believe I can be assured that everything will go well when I pick up my new RDX this week. This, by far, was the best leasing experience I have had. I have been leasing cars since 1997. I would recommend Acura of Huntington to anyone who is interested in an Acura or thinking about switching to an Acura, I did and am happy that I did. By the way, they have a beautiful showroom, and a very neat and clean service area. More
new car experience what a great dealership. from the moment we arrived to the day we drove out with our new mdx we were nothing but pleased! john was very warm and f what a great dealership. from the moment we arrived to the day we drove out with our new mdx we were nothing but pleased! john was very warm and friendly and not at all pushy! my husband and I cannot deal with high pressure sales. he let us have our space and answered any and all questions without crowding us! after we sat with him and chatted a bit we set up a different day to come back and do test drives on both vehicles we were interested in. they were aware we were also comparing these cars to mercedes and bmw. not speaking badly of either one they pointed out the differences with acura and all of the advantages. that was impressive. we also had dealings with maurice braver (sales manager). he was more than accommodating and just seemed trustworthy. when we drove out with our new car, we were invited back at anytime for any and all needs and or additional TRAINING in our mdx! (we are not the most up to date with all of this new technology!) it has been 3 weeks now and i do love the mdx. every day i learn something new i can do with it. bill and debbie More

I owned an 2011 Acura TLwhich I purchased from Island Acura in March of 2011-prior to buying the TL I had owned 5 Lexus' and was happy with each one- the reason why I switched to and Acura was that they Acura in March of 2011-prior to buying the TL I had owned 5 Lexus' and was happy with each one- the reason why I switched to and Acura was that they gave me a better trade in on the Lexus-I then was looking to get prices on a new vehicle and Kenny Damanin recommended me to see Jimmy who in turn gave me GREG-I would have gone back to Island Acura dealership as they had been calling me but because of Kenny I decided to give you a chance to help me and was glad I did!!! Obviously I know that your service dept will be very good so that factored in my decision along of course with the price Greg was very good keeping me informed of what was happening to the vehicle I was looking for and when he couldn't locate the original vehicle he than talked to Joe who worked out a good deal for me- Once I agreed on the car I was getting Greg was very efficient in making everything go smoothly- He went over the vehicle with me and informed me if I had any questions to contact him or come back and he will help me- I have had the vehicle for 6 hours now and so far so good!!! All in all everyone was very good in getting me the vehicle and I feel for a very good price- thanks - More
Excellent New Car Buying Experience at Acura of Huntington We had a very pleasant and fast buying experience at Acura of Huntington. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and met with Juan Reyes, and the Sales Man We had a very pleasant and fast buying experience at Acura of Huntington. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and met with Juan Reyes, and the Sales Manager Maurice Braver. Juan gave us a very comprehensive rundown on a new TL with Tech Package. We test drove it, loved the car and negotiated a very fair deal with the cooperation of Maurice.Braver the sales manager. Anneliese made very quick work of the finance arrangements and the car was delivered exactly as ordered with no fuss the very next day. We are thrilled with the vehicle, the dealership and everyone we dealt with there. As we picked up the car late in the day , we had not met with the service manager but judging by the very professional Sales Team, we look forward to a similar experience with Service. My experience at Huntington Acura was just terrific! We know the Burns family dealerships from our long time Honda purchases. Before we went to the dealership, my husband contacted the Honda City services know the Burns family dealerships from our long time Honda purchases. Before we went to the dealership, my husband contacted the Honda City services manager and asked which salesman he should speak to at Huntington Acura who was knowledgeable and able to help us? He said to call his friend Danny(the Parts Manager) at Huntington Acura and he would help him. Danny put us in contact with Jim Messa. Jim was just fantastic. (Thank you Danny!) I really dislike most car salesmen- but Jim and this entire dealership made this fabulous car purchase a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jim is knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. What a pleasure! Anneliese was a pleasure to deal with the from the financial end and everyone at the dealership has a calm and happy outlook! I love my new RDX and I love Huntington Acura. You should go there- they will not "steer" you wrong! More

After shopping around I went to Huntington Acura for a quote. Upon arrival at the dealership I was met by sales associate Juan Reyes. Juan was friendly and knowledgeable about the Acura Line.
