I was in the market for a new Accord and was ready to sign the deal when I stopped in to Tom Aveni made a deal happen that I did not think possible. Bad Ordering Experience but with Satisfactory Resolution Ordered new 2016 RDX with Advance Package. Was told by salesman that it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Another dealer had the car in stock at the same price Ordered new 2016 RDX with Advance Package. Was told by salesman that it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Another dealer had the car in stock at the same price, but this dealer was closer for servicing, so I ordered it. Weeks went by and no car. Emails and phone calls to the salesman only got apologies for the delay and he said in numerous emails that he and the general manager will "make it up to us". Finally, the general manager, Joe B. was able to track down the car and gave me an approximate delivery date. After 11 weeks, I got the car!! When I picked up the car, I asked the salesman how he was going to make it up to us and he said that they were still working on it. It has now been 2 months and nothing. Don't order a car from this dealer, maybe buy one that is in stock but I would not recommend my salesman, Joe M. 11/4/15 Subsequent to my review, I received a call from the dealer and the miscommunication has been resolved. More
