Extremely satisfied with the Service Department My car had an issue getting the right rear splash guard installed. Right side of the bumper was installed improperly during previous ownership, hence, My car had an issue getting the right rear splash guard installed. Right side of the bumper was installed improperly during previous ownership, hence, throwing off the fitment of the guard. After explaining the issue to Stephen that there is something wrong with the bumper, he said he'll have the technicians look at it. Shortly after, he returned the car back to me WITH the bumper realigned properly AND the splash guard installed. Couldn't be happier with Stephen and the technicians! More
