It was a pleasure working with Karine. She was upfront and willing to work with me over the phone on thursday and friday. I inquired about the availability of a 2024 TLX Type S with a few so cal dealers, since production had been announced a few months back but could not find any in stock in so cal thru the shopping tool on with a few so cal dealers, since production had been announced a few months back but could not find any in stock in so cal thru the shopping tool on Acura website. Karine from Acura of Glendale got in contact with me right away and kept me updated for a few months until they had one in stock. I drove from OC to the dealer to take a look at the one that had arrived, unfortunately Karine was off the day I went but she had someone in place to help me out, her coworker Artur. Artur was very helpful, answered all my questions, was not aggressive or pushy and helped me make the deal to purchase the car. Overall it was a great car buying experience, would definitely take my future business to them again and would recommend anybody to work with either Karine or Artur from Acura of Glendale. More
