I decided to call Acura of Glendale after reading their customer reviews. When I called, I was treated courteously and promptly directed to sales. I had the pleasure of working with Armen. I found him to be very polite, respectful and professional. It quickly became apparent that he enjoyed working with people and cared about delivering an exceptional customer experience. We were able to negotiate an amazing deal on a 2025 MDX Advance. No going back and forth multiple times, no high pressure tactics or wasting each other’s time. The buying process could not have been easier, more efficient or more straightforward. While waiting a short time since the vehicle was in transit, Armen keep me up to date on the arrival status and we were able to handle 99% of all paperwork remotely. When the car arrived, I flew to SoCal where Armen picked me up at the airport. I spent about 20 minutes at the store viewing the car and completing the purchase before driving back to Northern California. Simply put, this was the best car buying experience ever.
