A +++ service I have been coming to this Acura service center since 2001. I have had excellent service from day one. The whole staff is professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Besides purchasing my 2002 Acura TL S-type in September of 2001 I recently purchased a 2016 TLX. The sales staff is excellent as well as the service staff. I love everyone there, I feel like part of the Acura family. I always speak highly of this dealership and would never go anywhere else to buy or have a car serviced. My most recent visit was this last week for service. Warranty Battery Replacement Car would not start. AAA jumped and tested battery: 1-1/2 cells failing. Same day appointment at Concord Acura to include battery check and A1 servi Car would not start. AAA jumped and tested battery: 1-1/2 cells failing. Same day appointment at Concord Acura to include battery check and A1 service. Battery had two months remaining on 36-month full warranty and was replaced free of charge. My service advisor Kyle answered all my questions and was very pleasant and professional. This service department also offers cushy seating, drinks and snacks. More
